So it has been awhile! A few years actually. I won’t go into the full story, but basically, grad school took over my life for far too long and while I kept up with cooking, I could not keep up with posting as well.
But here I am! I missed posting the delicious recipes I was trying so I decided to start this up again.
Currently, I am not cooking through cookbooks like I had been (although I cannot wait for the new Skinnytaste One and Done cookbook to come out in October), instead I am just cooking recipes I already know and love, new things I try based on eating healthy, and random recipes suggested to me or I found myself!
As of now (September 2018) I am eating healthy by following Weight Watchers Freestyle. Due to that, I will be posting the points for each recipe based on the recipe building on their site/app. That doesn’t mean these recipes aren’t good for everyone looking for some healthy, delicious food! I’ll add regular nutrition info (cals, protein, fat, carbs, etc.) to each recipe as well. And of course, as before, when I get the recipes from others’ cookbooks or websites, I will be crediting them with links and info!
I’m glad to be back, bear with me as I work out the kinks of my new site, and I hope you enjoy my revamp!
